Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received: unworn, unused, without any signs of wear, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal or the 30-day return policy as a consumer, you will be responsible for the regular return shipping costs. Items returned to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.
Exchanges
Returning the item you received is the fastest way to receive the item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate purchase.
European Union – 14-Day Cancellation Period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
